City staff and commissioners joined students of Horace Mann Elementary for the 2013 Arbor Day Celebration on Friday, April 26. Mayor Copeland gave a proclamation and Forestry Supervisor James Wills read Tess's Tree to the children. Afterward students helped plant an autumn blaze maple tree that will be enjoyed for years to come.
