Pay your City of Springfield Utility Bill On-Line

The City of Springfield is now offering you the ability to pay your City of Springfield water/sewer/stormwater utility bill on-line.

The on-line bill payment system accepts credit card payments and payments with debit cards that bear the Visa or MasterCard logo. To proceed with making a payment for your City of Springfield water/sewer/stormwater utility account, please see the bottom left section of this page to enter your Account Number (found at the top right portion of your City of Springfield utility bill) and the Payment Amount. Once you have entered your information, click the Pay Utility Bill button. You will be redirected to the payment web site where you will be required to enter your credit card or debit card information. The City of Springfield does not obtain any credit card or debit card information used to make the payment. The transaction fee is paid to the on-line payment service.

Please Note: Do NOT use the on-line payment service if your water service has been shut off. If your water service has been shut off, you may pay your bill in person or call the Utility Billing office at (937) 324-7365 to pay over the phone with a debit or credit card.
