Mission

Provides services to neighborhood groups or individuals interested in forming a neighborhood associations to support organizational development.

Council of Neighborhood Associations (CONA)

Mission Statement:
To improve the quality of life in the neighborhoods of Springfield through a partnership between neighbors and the City of Springfield, Ohio.

Programs Available to Neighborhood Groups

• Reserve a Roll-Off
  • Operated June through October, this program places a 40 Cubic Yard Dumpster in a neighborhood for one day to help facilitate a neighborhood clean-up effort.
• Neighborhood Support Program
  • Through an application process, neighborhood groups can be recognized by the City Commission and receive a renewable $300 grant for expenses related to the neighborhood group and activities.
